Kathy is dedicated to inspiring her clients and students to unleash their inner strengths, connect to their intuitive guidance and reach their highest potential.  Adopted into a loving family as an infant, Kathy has traveled a personal journey of courage & curiosity.  Kathy combines various modalities in her practice for whole-person personalized experiences.  The foundation of Kathy’s work is unconditional love and she infuses that into every experience and each client/student.  With an enthusiastic perspective of life, she offers a transforming education both in her classes/workshops as well as in her private sessions, guiding individuals in stepping out of the box of pre-conceived norms and into creating personal goals through acknowledging the connection of heart, body, mind and spirit.

Her love for life and natural ability to inspire others led her to the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), the nation's top coach training school, to become a certified professional coach.  Kathy continued this path by becoming trained in Reiki & Shamanism and continues her studies to expand her consciousness and connection to the Universe.

Through Kathy’s own journey of self-discovery and her experiences, she has accessed areas that once were dark and unknown that now are filled with light and clarity.  She knows the fear, pain, and guilt associated with having been adopted and wanting to know her heritage.  Kathy is experienced in working with others to promote self-confidence, and her goal oriented focus from her more than 10 years in corporate administration are valuable skills she brings to her coaching and Energy Therapy practice.  Kathy had been best described by her clients as someone who radiates “pure love” and that shines through in her coaching and energy work.
